 * Erstellung von Präsentationen und Berichten in Microsoft PowerPoint zur Kommunikation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen
 * Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten im Bereich Geschäftsprozessmanagement
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um nachhaltige Verbesserungen zu gewährleisten
 * Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Tools zur Koordination verschiedener Initiativen
