Essential

 * A strong customer service focus and a desire to help others.
 * Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
 * Good communication and teamwork skills.
 * Some experience with Windows, Mac, or mobile devices (personal or professional), or a strong interest in developing these skills.
 * Ability to follow instructions and ask for help when needed.
 * Organised and able to manage tasks with support from the team.

Desirable (but not essential)

 * Exposure to Office 365, Azure, or device management tools.
 * Any experience with hardware troubleshooting or networking.
 * Familiarity with IT Asset Management or print management.
 * Experience with InTune, or JAMF.

## Description

The Junior End User Computing (EUC) Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for end-user computing environments. You will support hardware and software for end users, managing device lifecycle processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT services., * Providing end-user hardware and software support, both remotely and on-site.

 * Assisting with desktop and laptop imaging and software deployment.
 * Troubleshooting and diagnose hardware issues (break/fix support).
 * Supporting onboarding by provisioning and installing EUC hardware and services.
 * Supporting offboarding by deprovisioning EUC services and application access.
 * Helping manage IT Asset Management (ITAM) for end-user devices, including print management.
 * Assisting with mobile device management (Apple, Android, and other supported devices).
 * Managing the EUC support queue, prioritising incidents and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
 * Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
 * Looking for opportunities to improve EUC procedures and mechanisms.
 * Working closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
