## About the Role

This is a semi remote Software Development Manager role. Most of the team are in the office 4 days a week. Due to the nature of the work, a technical background or relevant engineering background is essential.

Key Skills

· Degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or Similar

· Excellent background in C++ development or modelling related industries (CFD, O&G, Gaming etc)

· 4+ years project lead or Team lead experience

· Good experience liaising with customers on requirements

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
