## About the Role

* Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally within an MSP environment.
 * 3-5 years experience in an IT support role.
 * Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs.
 * Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and cloud technologies.
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
 * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
 * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 * IT certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
 * Valid Drivers License

Preferred Experience:

 * Experience with security tools (antivirus, firewall configurations, etc.).
 * Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools.
 * Knowledge of macOS and Linux systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues while providing excellent customer service to our clients.  * Perform system and network administration tasks such as server management, backups, and monitoring.
 * Assist with infrastructure management, including virtual environments, firewalls, and routers.
 * Document solutions, resolutions, and best practices in our ticketing system.
 * Participate in the implementation of new technologies and assist with client onboarding.
 * Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless IT services and resolve complex issues.
 * Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a customer-focused attitude.
