This position is responsible for converting client data from legacy trust accounting systems into Infovisa's proprietary software, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data throughout the implementation process., * Convert client data from legacy trust accounting systems into Infovisa's proprietary applications using standard and customized conversion tools. * Analyze, map, validate, and reconcile client data throughout the conversion process. * Research and resolve data conversion issues to ensure data integrity and accuracy. * Perform quality assurance and regression testing for new software releases. * Develop proficiency in Infovisa's products, services, and business processes. * Explain system functionality, data requirements, and implementation processes to clients and internal team members. * Participate in implementation planning and client onboarding activities. * Prepare user documentation and internal implementation documentation. * Facilitate weekly calls with new clients to discuss data, coordination with third party vendors and status updates. * Perform validation testing of converted data prior to production implementation. * Collaborate with Product Support and Development, to resolve implementation-related issues. * Perform other duties as assigned., Some travel required.
