The candidate should also have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, or similar tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation., * 10+ years of professional software development experience. * Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8, Web APIs, and microservices. * Hands-on front-end development experience with Angular or React. * Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise application integrations. * Experience designing and developing scalable, secure, and maintainable applications. * Experience with SQL databases and data-access technologies. * Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and Agile development. * Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools. * Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work onsite in New Jersey three days per week.
