## About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient IT Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive technical assistance to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and enterprise solutions., * 2+ years of Desktop/Workstation Support experience

 * Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems
 * Hardware and software installation, configuration, and support
 * Active Directory user administration
 * DNS troubleshooting
 * VPN setup and support
 * Network connectivity and printer troubleshooting
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
 * Customer-facing technical support experience
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 * Valid driver's license, * CompTIA A+ certification
 * Microsoft Desktop Support certification
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree
 * Experience using ticketing systems and managing hardware inventory, * Associate (Required)
