This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen corporate branding, improve user engagement, and develop communication materials that align with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will combine user experience principles, branding strategy, and content development to create intuitive, consistent, and impactful solutions for both internal and external stakeholders., * Bachelor's degree in graphic design, User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Industrial Design, or a related field. * 2-5 years of professional experience in User Experience, Branding, Marketing Communications, Digital Design, or related roles. * Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual design assets. * Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and usability best practices. * Experience developing branding guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across multiple communication channels. * Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Adobe XD, or similar UX/UI design tools. * Experience in creating digital communications, presentations, training materials, and marketing collateral. * Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, layout, color theory, and accessibility. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred. * Bilingual (English - Spanish).
