 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert in agilen Softwareprojekten und bringst dich aktiv in gemeinsame technische Entscheidungen im Team ein.
 * Du kommunizierst sicher mit Kunden und Entwicklungsteams und übersetzt fachliche sowie technische Anforderungen in saubere, tragfähige Softwarelösungen mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch.
 * Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du entwickelst individuelle Softwarelösungen in anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten - von der technischen Klärung der Anforderungen bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
 * Du konzipierst und realisierst moderne Backend-Anwendungen sowie dazugehörige skalierbare Softwarearchitekturen.
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in technische Entscheidungen ein und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Lösungen, die langfristig tragfähig und wartbar umgesetzt sind.
 * Du denkst Anwendungen ganzheitlich und behältst neben dem Backend auch angrenzende Technologien, Prozesse und das Zusammenspiel im Gesamtsystem im Blick.
 * Du nutzt moderne Entwicklungswerkzeuge sowie KI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung sinnvoll, um Qualität, Effizienz und Zusammenarbeit im Entwicklungsprozess zu stärken, * Modernes Tooling (Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, IntelliJ IDEA, Open-Source-Technologien)
