## About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support IT infrastructure operations, manage customer environments, and contribute to exciting IT projects. If you enjoy working with Microsoft technologies, Linux systems, networking, and customer support, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career., * Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.

 * Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Administration or IT Infrastructure.
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
 * Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
 * German language proficiency (B2 or higher).
 * English language proficiency (C1 or higher).

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Microsoft Azure.
 * Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.).
 * Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
 * Familiarity with IT monitoring tools.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities., * How many years of experience do you have in IT Administration or IT Infrastructure?
 * Do you have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration?

## Description

* Provide IT technical support to customers both remotely and on-site.
 * Manage and coordinate day-to-day IT administration tasks.
 * Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customer projects.
 * Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects.
 * Administer Microsoft and Linux environments.
 * Maintain and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related issues.
 * Ensure reliable and secure IT operations while delivering excellent customer service.
