 * Unterstützung beim Setup und der Administration von SAP Cloud ERP Systemlandschaften
 * Einrichtung und Pflege technischer Grundlagen, z. B.:
Kommunikationsbenutzer, Communication Systems, Communication Arrangements
Schnittstellen- und Integrationsgrundlagen, technische Fiori- und Launchpad-Themen

 * Mitarbeit bei der Einrichtung von SAP Cloud ALM für Implementierung, Test, Monitoring und Betrieb
 * Unterstützung bei Transport-, Release- und Change-Prozessen in SAP Cloud ERP-Projekten
 * Technische Koordination rund um SAP Central Business Configuration, Systemrollen, Projektphasen und Go-live-Vorbereitung
 * Fehleranalyse bei technischen Problemen in Implementierungs-, Test- und Hypercare-Phasen
 * Unterstützung bei Berechtigungs-, Rollen- und Zugriffsthemen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Berechtigungsteam
 * Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Modulberatern, Entwicklern, SAP und Kunden-IT
Aufbau von Betriebs- und Übergabekonzepten für Kunden nach dem Go-live
