## Description

We are looking for a friendly, tech-savvy Systems Support and IT Administrator professional to help our team across the country. You'll provide guidance and support to users of all IT skill levels, ensuring smooth operation of internal systems and tools., * Support users across the country with everyday IT tasks, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.

 * Set up and manage email accounts, user profiles, and permissions.
 * Administer internal systems, such as CRM platforms and other office software.
 * Provide phone and remote support, adapting explanations to suit different skill levels.
 * Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and internal documentation.
 * Help improve IT processes and recommend system enhancements.
