Work Location: Hybrid remote in West Lebanon, NH 03784 ## Description All-Access Infotech is looking for a Field Service IT Technician to join our team and handle hands-on installations, repairs, setups, and troubleshooting at client locations across Vermont and New Hampshire. This role is different from our desk-based Service Desk positions: instead of working tickets from an office, you'll be on the road, working independently at client sites, and representing All-Access Infotech face-to-face every day. This is a great fit for someone who is technically capable, self-directed, comfortable working without a supervisor nearby, and takes pride in showing up prepared and professional at every stop. You don't need to be an expert in every domain - you'll work alongside our remote staff and networking team, who provide guidance and direction for more complex setups. We're looking for solid hands-on fundamentals and good judgment, not someone who already knows everything. What You'll Do - Travel to client sites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire to perform on-site installations, repairs, and equipment setups - Install and set up computers for new hires, including imaging, configuration, and getting new employees ready to work on day one - Work with our remote staff to coordinate setup and installation of networking equipment, following their direction on more complex configurations - Assist as part of the networking team on installations - running cable, mounting equipment, and completing on-site work under their guidance - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, network, and workstation issues in person - Diagnose and repair physical equipment issues on-site - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients at every visit - Document work performed, parts used, and next steps from the field - Coordinate your daily schedule and route with the dispatch and service desk team - Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 technicians when needed, This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. You'll be based out of a home office and dispatched to client sites throughout Vermont and New Hampshire.
