Preferred to Have: * PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification * Experience in the insurance industry (P&C preferred), with familiarity with insurance business processes, data, and regulatory considerations. * Experience within data management, data platform, or technology modernization programs. * Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar enterprise collaboration/reporting platforms. ## Description IAT Insurance Group has an immediate opening for Enterprise Program Manager from our Milwaukee, Wisconsin or Naperville, Illinois location. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-functional data initiatives across the organization.
