Cross-Functional Partnership & Solution Delivery * Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and design technical solutions that support business objectives. * Provide advanced support for NetSuite customizations, saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, scripts, user roles, permissions, and integrations. * Support enterprise data management efforts including data validation, ETL processes, data cleansing, master data management, data imports, and ongoing data quality initiatives. * Assist teams with business process mapping and identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. * Develop technical specifications, estimate development effort, participate in testing, and support implementation activities. * Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to end users and business teams to encourage adoption of NetSuite capabilities and best practices.
