The Salesforce Administrator will be part of our client's IT Projects & Application Support department, focusing on maximizing efficiency and leveraging full Salesforce platform features. The role involves building new components and features to support our client's business growth.

Salesforce Administrator - Responsibilities:

 * Enhance and configure Salesforce applications to extend CRM functionality
 * Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
 * Develop test scripts and participate in quality assurance testing
 * Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues or bugs in Salesforce applications
 * Maintain security and data integrity by managing user roles and permissions
 * Create technical documentation and provide training on new features
 * Stay updated with Salesforce innovations and recommend improvements
