## Description

*Overview* We are looking for a *senior**-level Infrastructure Engineer (L3)* who can operate independently, support complex multi-site environments, and take ownership of infrastructure stability, performance, and scalability. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving enterprise-level challenges across networking, systems, and infrastructure., * Cisco / Meraki

 * VOIP systems
 * Enterprise networking fundamentals
*What You'll Do:*

 * Troubleshoot connectivity across multiple locations
 * Support infrastructure across distributed environments
 * Travel between sites as needed
*3. Systems & Server Administration* *Core Technologies:*

 * Windows Server
 * Linux
 * VMware
 * SQL
 * Exchange, * Deploy, maintain, and optimize systems
 * Perform performance tuning and upgrades
 * Manage patching and lifecycle processes
*4. Monitoring, Performance & Reliability*

 * Utilize tools like SolarWinds (or similar)
 * Own system monitoring and alerting
 * Drive performance optimization and proactive issue prevention
 * Ensure high availability across environments
*5. Security & Infrastructure Governance*

 * Conduct security audits and reviews
 * Manage disaster recovery and backup strategies
 * Implement infrastructure hardening best practices
*Key Responsibilities*

 * Lead infrastructure deployment, support, and maintenance initiatives
 * Design and implement network, server, application, and voice solutions
 * Ensure high availability of critical systems
 * Partner with stakeholders to define business and system requirements
