 * Excellent oral and written communication skills required
 * Must be able to work well within a team atmosphere
 * Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
 * Must be proficient in moderate level computer skills, with a working knowledge of MSOffice and Google Suite
 * Ability to multitask, assess priorities, give precise attention to detail, and manage competing deadlines

## Description

* Initiate, monitor, evaluate, and maintain the accuracy of course material information within a database
 * Contact suppliers via written and verbal communications in order to garner necessary information for new products
 * Assess potential sourcing issues for adopted course materials and work with multiple teams internally to find viable alternatives
 * Interact with and assist faculty and staff at partner universities/colleges concerning course material issues by means of verbal and written communications
 * Customize communication and processes for course materials based on service model provided to assigned universities/colleges
 * Maintain awareness and understanding of any important dates and deadlines
 * Complete research for special projects or requests from manager or school contacts
 * Meet weekly with Course Material Procurement team to discuss upcoming strategies, review progress of past week, and problem-solve obstacles of specific tasks.
