These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * Experience as an Earned Value Management System Control Account Manager (EVMS CAM) and/or past profit and loss statement (P&L) accountability * A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience * A minimum of 1 years of experience in a management position * Risk & Opportunity management experience * Proven ability to deliver effective communication verbally, written, and through well-crafted presentations across all levels of an organization * Experience collaborating with multiple functional groups, subcontracts, and government customer representatives * PMP Certification ## Description Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 2. This position will be located in Roy, UT and be responsible for executing NGDS scope for the Take Charge And Move Out (TACAMO) Program. Take Charge and Move Out is a U.S. military mission that includes survivable communication links designed to maintain communications between U.S. decision-makers and the triad of strategic weapon delivery systems. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package. You'll be responsible for day-to-day program execution which requires a leader who has demonstrated their ability to manage program execution, manage subcontractor(s), shape customer needs, foster positive customer relationships, and achieve established goals. This position is responsible for program cost, schedule, and technical performance.
