## Description

The Tableau Developer will design, develop, and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that support business and clinical decision-making., * Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.

 * Translate business and clinical requirements into effective data visualizations.
 * Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, healthcare stakeholders, and technical teams.
 * Analyze healthcare and Palliative Care data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
 * Develop dashboards that clearly present key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
 * Connect Tableau to various data sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
 * Create calculated fields, parameters, filters, and other Tableau functionality as needed.
 * Perform data validation and troubleshoot dashboard or data issues.
 * Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
 * Support testing, validation, and deployment of Tableau solutions.
 * Gather feedback from stakeholders and incorporate improvements into dashboards and reports.
 * Maintain technical and reporting documentation.
