This role supports the development, optimization, and execution of eCommerce product content and voice-of-the-customer initiatives. The Content Strategist will assist with product listing content, monitoring customer feedback through ratings and reviews, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, engaging, and optimized content across eCommerce platforms., Rating and Review Program * Supports existing product listings by identifying potential issues with products, coordinating with marketing, product development, and operations to address concerns, and seeding additional reviews to improve listing health. * Monitors and responds to customer questions across all eCommerce channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. * Reviews ratings and customer feedback to identify trends and potential opportunities to improve product content or customer experience. * Collaborates with the ratings and reviews syndication partner to ensure our products are being properly published to our partner sites.
