This is a hands-on player-coach role for someone who can write controls software while also helping guide the technical execution of the team. You'll serve as a technical go-to for software and controls projects, help improve development processes and standards, mentor other team members, and remain directly involved in programming, integration, testing, and troubleshooting. This is not a traditional software development role. You'll work directly with physical machines and across controllers, HMIs, sensors, CAN networks, hydraulics, and other vehicle systems to develop complete customer-specific solutions.
