## About the Role

High school diploma or equivalent
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Experience supporting Windows endpoint environments
 * Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
 * Experience working in large enterprise organizations
 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical teams
 * Healthcare IT experience is preferred, but not required

candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

Pay: $55.00 per hour
