You will be responsible for designing a unified, secure, and highly automated ecosystem where infrastructure and data are treated as a single, cohesive product. This is a leadership role that requires deep technical expertise in cloud-native platforms (K8s, Serverless) and modern data architectures (Data Lakehouse, Fabric, Mesh). ## Key Responsibilities 1. Platform Architecture & Cloud Strategy ? Cloud-Native Foundation: Architect and govern scalable, resilient cloud platforms using Kubernetes (GKE/AKS/EKS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Crossplane). ? Landing Zone Excellence: Define and implement enterprise-grade Cloud Landing Zones, ensuring networking, IAM, and security guardrails are baked into the platform. ? DevOps/Platform Engineering: Establish Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) that empower data engineers to deploy resources autonomously via GitOps (GitHub Actions/ArgoCD). 2. Data Architecture & Engineering ? Data Lifecycle Design: Architect end-to-end data pipelines and storage strategies using Data Lakehouse patterns (e.g., Delta Lake, Iceberg) or Microsoft Fabric/Synapse. ? Governance & Privacy: Design data security architectures including encryption at rest/transit, data masking, and compliance frameworks (GDPR/SOC2). ?
