This role will support strategic planning efforts, executive reporting, operational governance, and ad hoc business initiatives while helping improve visibility, coordination, execution, and decision-making across teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your role: Strategic Intelligence & Governance * Supports operational governance processes, strategic intelligence activities, and executive reporting efforts. * Maintains trackers, action logs, reporting dashboards, and status updates for leadership visibility. * Assists in identifying operational risks, dependencies, escalation items, and mitigation actions across initiatives. * Coordinates updates and follow-through across stakeholders to support governance processes and strategic initiatives. * Helps organize and support strategic reviews, leadership meetings, and governance discussions. Strategic Operations Support * Assists with execution tracking, operational coordination, and business process support across strategic initiatives. * Develops reports, summaries, presentations, and operational updates for leadership teams. * Supports ad hoc strategic analyses, operational assessments, and special projects as needed. * Helps improve operational consistency, communication, and visibility across cross-functional teams. * Maintains documentation, meeting outputs, and project coordination activities. Reporting & Analysis * Develops and maintains Excel-based trackers, dashboards, and operational reporting tools. * Supports data gathering, analysis, and synthesis to identify trends and operational insights. * Assists in preparing executive-level PowerPoint materials and business communications. * Supports business reviews and operational reporting processes through timely and accurate analysis.
