## About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Technician to join our team. This is an onsite position. Remote work is not possible for this position., * Must have at least 2 years of experience working with computers and printers.

 * Must have experience working with Microsoft Office 365 suite and internet browser applications.
 * Must be detailed orientated with good customer service skills.

## Description

* Maintaining our internal Technical Support Ticketing System
 * Maintaining and updating computer software and hardware
 * Servicing office equipment like printers and IT networks
 * Ensuring that internet security software runs without interruptions
 * Recording and analyzing IT problems within a department
 * Installing new IT equipment and software
