This includes onboarding additional service areas onto a shared platform rather than focusing on a single product surface. * Bias toward action, sound judgment under ambiguity, and success recruiting and growing strong engineers ## Description Ripple is growing rapidly. We are looking for a focused Software Engineering Manager to lead the Product Ledger team. This team builds the double-entry ledger service powering accounting and financial state across Ripple Products.
