* 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls in an enterprise environment
 * Experience with network design, architecture, and topology development, including documenting technical requirements
 * Experience with VPN configuration and secure remote access technologies
 * Proficiency with network monitoring/performance tools (e.g., WhatsUp Gold, MRTG) and network performance analysis
 * Strong TCP/IP protocol analysis skills with proven network troubleshooting experience

## Description

* Configure, implement, and maintain enterprise network technologies including routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN
 * Monitor network health and performance, perform fault/problem management, and drive timely resolution of incidents
 * Support network design, architecture, and topology development, including documentation of standards, policies, and procedures
 * Manage network device inventory and licensing, including reconciliation and periodic audits/self-assessments
 * Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 operational support, including evenings and weekends, with 50%+ travel required
