* Anwendersupport für zwei Softwareprodukte: ATOSS (Zeiterfassung) und Soobr (CAFM) inkl. Administration
 * Schulen unserer Mitarbeiter zur Nutzung der Anwendungen
 * Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen externen, internationalen Dienstleistern und unserer IT
 * Koordinieren der Einführung neuer Hard- und Software - in enger Abstimmung mit der IT
 * Eigenverantwortliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
 * Erster Ansprechpartner für die User inkl. Troubleshooting
