They're looking for someone who can sit comfortably at the intersection of security, software engineering, product strategy, and customer engagement. Not someone who simply talks about AI. Someone who understands how it works, where it breaks, and how enterprises can adopt it safely. This is a highly technical leadership position where you'll become a trusted advisor to some of the world's largest organisations as they navigate the challenges of securing AI applications, models, agents, and workflows. You'll work directly with customers, but you'll also have a meaningful voice internally, influencing product direction, shaping strategy, and helping engineering teams understand the realities of the market. One day you might be helping a global enterprise unpack the security implications of an AI deployment. The next, you'll be collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape new capabilities, building technical demonstrations, or helping define the future roadmap. The role sits within a specialist team made up of individuals who combine deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills. Think former engineers, architects, security specialists, and product leaders who enjoy solving difficult problems and aren't afraid to get hands-on when needed., There are plenty of leadership roles where you're brought in to support a product that already exists. This isn't one of them. You'll have visibility across customers, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, helping shape how an emerging AI security platform evolves in response to real-world challenges. Your feedback won't disappear into a backlog. You'll see ideas move from customer conversations into product decisions and ultimately into production. If you're excited by AI security but increasingly find yourself frustrated by how much of the conversation is still theoretical, this is an opportunity to work at the sharp end of the industry and help define what comes next.
