 * We provide 24x7 on-call support as part of a shared rota.
 * We continuously develop expertise in server, storage, email, file, and collaboration systems, as well as other server-based technologies.

 * We adhere to SOX, PCI, and other regulatory requirements as required.
 * We manage capacity, redundancy, and health constraints across server, storage, email, file, and collaboration systems.
