This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high volumes of complex, time-sensitive work. The successful candidate will be a proactive partner who anticipates needs, manages competing priorities, and enables the VP to focus on the most strategic aspects of the business. This role handles confidential information with the utmost integrity and interacts effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners across a global organization.
