Our products help organizations understand their AI work, capture the knowledge it generates, and turn everyday AI activity into intelligence they own. Reporting directly to the Product Lead and working closely with our VP of Sales and Engineering team, we are looking for a deeply technical Forward Deployed Engineer to operate at the intersection of our customers and our platform. Today, the role is centered on joining customer conversations early, developing a deep understanding of the Chaos Labs platform, evaluating technical feasibility, and helping customers and our internal teams reason through architecture and implementation tradeoffs. You will prototype, build, and debug when hands-on work is the fastest way to reach an answer. As the platform evolves, the role will grow into more complex customer deployments involving work units, company-specific context, integrations, evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization. You will help define how Chaos Labs approaches these problems and turn early solutions into technical patterns that can scale. We operate with little bureaucracy and expect extreme agency.
