This role requires expertise in data modeling, integration, and quality management across multiple platforms, including cloud and big data technologies. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility. The Principal Data Architect also provides strategic guidance on data strategy and architecture, mentors team members, and drives continuous improvement to enhance system performance and data utilization.

It translates strategy into actionable plans, leads organizational change, and enhances operating processes to support growth and operational excellence. By fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, the team ensures alignment, accountability, and successful delivery of key business priorities. Members contribute expertise in data architecture, governance, and strategy to enable informed decision-making and effective data management, supporting the organization's goals through innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
