## About the Role

* 6+ years of hands-on backend development using Python (preferred), Node.js, or Java.
 * Strong AWS experience with Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3, IAM, SNS, and SQS.
 * Experience building event-driven, serverless applications.
 * Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, MCP, AI Agents).
 * Strong API development experience (REST/OpenAPI).
 * Experience with Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred).
 * Solid understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, debugging, and code reviews.
 * Excellent programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills., * Hands-on coding discussions.
 * Code review and debugging.
 * Identifying performance and security issues in existing code.
 * Basic system design and AWS architecture.
 * Practical problem-solving using Python and AWS services.

Note: We are looking for a hands-on software engineer who actively writes production code. Candidates with primarily infrastructure, DevOps, or architecture backgrounds and limited coding experience are not the right fit.
