* Proven experience in building and deploying AI agents into production environments.
 * Strong understanding of AI data retrieval, RAG concepts, and improving AI responses through data strategies.
 * Expertise in security, including agent permissions, identity management, and data governance.
 * Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, ServiceNow, Workday, and other enterprise platforms.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Copilot licensing, Entra ID, and user support.

## Description

* Collaborate with development, security, and enterprise architecture teams to enable AI adoption across the business.
 * Guide development teams in selecting the most suitable AI platforms for various business use cases.
 * Mentor users throughout their AI journey and support enterprise AI platforms. Provide technical guidance on AI architecture and governance, and assist in moving AI agents into production.
