This role requires at least 4-5 years' experience supporting complex customer environments with technologies such as SD-WAN, Firewalls, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and ISP management. You'll be part of a high-performing team, providing advanced triage, incident response, and change implementation, while acting as an escalation point for junior engineers.
