* Auslieferung, Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen (PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Peripheriegeräte) beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Inbetriebnahme und Test der ausgelieferten Hardware und Software
 * Analyse und Behebung kleinerer Hard- und Softwareprobleme direkt beim Kunden
 * Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Migrationen und IT-Projekten
 * Dokumentation aller Serviceeinsätze, Installationen und Lösungen
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Service Desk und dem 2nd-Level-Support
