This role is central to transforming how we connect with customers across sales, service, and digital channels, with Salesforce at the heart of that evolution. You will oversee a team of Salesforce Developers, delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise strategy-combining hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, maintainable solutions. In this position, you will lead and mentor a team of developers while providing technical guidance, coaching, and code reviews; develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows; and collaborate with technical architects to design scalable, user-focused solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud that drive measurable business outcomes. You will integrate Salesforce with telephony systems to enhance customer service capabilities, partner with Product, Technical Architects, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery excellence, enforce development standards, version control, and CI/CD best practices while leading troubleshooting of technical issues, maintain architecture patterns, data models, and comprehensive documentation, manage workload and release quality, support the broader Salesforce transformation program, ensure compliance with data governance and security requirements, and stay ahead of platform updates to evaluate and adopt new features as appropriate.
