* Unterstützung bei administrativen und kaufmännischen Prozessen im IT-Bereich, insbesondere bei Rechnungsprüfung, Kostenkontrolle und Dokumentation
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der IT-SharePoint-Seiten sowie Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Informationen, Anleitungen und Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung des IT-Service-Desks bei der Bearbeitung von Anfragen und im Anwendersupport rund um Microsoft 365 und Arbeitsplatzlösungen
 * Mitarbeit bei Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Hardwaremanagement-Prozessen
 * Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen, Kennzahlen und Analysen für das IT-Management
 * Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
