## About the Role

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with IT asset records, and able to follow established processes consistently., * Previous experience supporting IT asset management, inventory management, CMDB administration, desktop support, or IT operations.

 * Familiarity with CMDB concepts and IT asset records.
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and structured data.
 * Ability to follow documented processes and work independently in a remote environment.
 * Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with ServiceNow or another CMDB/ITSM platform is preferred.

## Description

Our client is seeking an IT Asset & CMDB Coordinator to support their IT inventory and asset-management activities across End User Computing and Datacenter environments.

This is a hands-on, administrative support role focused primarily on maintaining accurate CMDB records, reviewing inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and producing basic asset-management reports. This is not a senior engineering, architecture, or management position., * Maintain and update IT asset and inventory records within the client's CMDB.

 * Review CMDB data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
 * Support inventory record management for End User Computing and Datacenter assets.
 * Assist with deployment and equipment retrieval reporting.
 * Perform basic data analysis and reconciliation of asset records.
 * Identify inaccurate or incomplete Configuration Item (CI) attributes and assist with remediation.
 * Support asset-tag inventory maintenance for Datacenter equipment.
 * Assist with Active Directory and CMDB record management for End User Computing assets.
 * Help prepare and maintain asset-management instructions, reports, and communications.
 * Work with technical teams to resolve inventory and data-quality issues.
