Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs): * Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and metadata management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and consistency. * Ability to translate business requirements into structured data definitions and reporting logic. * Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes. * Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional alignment on data standards. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment. * Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining data dictionaries and governance artifacts. * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. * Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Preferred Qualifications * Experience implementing enterprise data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK). * Experience supporting data warehouse or analytics platform implementations. * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting frameworks. * Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site operational environments. * Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Platform, Snowflake, AWS analytics stack). * Experience supporting large-scale ERP or data warehouse transformation programs. * Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, supply chain metrics, and operational reporting structures. * Experience working in hybrid environments with third-party implementation partners. * Certification in data governance, analytics, or business intelligence (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft Data Analyst Associate). * Experience driving enterprise adoption of analytics and self-service reporting capabilities. ## Description The Data Governance & Analytics Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across the organization. This role ensures that data across enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), finance, manufacturing, and operational systems is accurate, consistent, trusted, and effectively used for decision-making.
