## About the Role

Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, We are looking for outgoing individuals who are able to work, 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm , 3pm-11pm, and 4pm-12am., * Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.

 * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
 * Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

## Description

* Provides high-quality customer service.
 * Handles guest reservations.
 * Answers and transfers phone calls.
 * Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
