Do you have experience in User research for product design?, We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into engaging and effective user journeys., * 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design

 * Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects
 * Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
 * Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
 * Experience with usability testing and research techniques
 * Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
 * Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
 * Exposure to design systems and component libraries
 * Experience working on enterprise or large-scale digital products

## Description

* Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery
 * Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
 * Define user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
 * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
 * Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders
 * Ensure consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
 * Validate designs using data, feedback, and usability insights
 * Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
 * Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
