In this role, you will be part of a team that plays a critical role in managing our DataStage ETL environment and supporting our customers that warehouse. You will be helping ensure optimal performance, and partnering with our internal teams to grow our solution across the enterprise., * Proactive monitoring of Datastage performance and storage utilization * Assist Development teams on new project creation, file directory setup, access provisioning and firewall rule creation * Consult with Development on job performance, including consulting on database and file system performance * Provision user and system access to ensure the least required privilege and separation of duties * Ensure our environments are current and updated by applying system upgrades, certificate updates and ensuring system patches are applied as expected * Support CI/CD job promotion process across environments * Partner with IBM Support team to troubleshoot issues and apply updates * Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for job development, testing, and deployment. * Enhance security practices and ensure compliance with enterprise technology standards and regulatory expectations. * Identify improvement and automation opportunities for our internal processes and procedures * Author and maintain internal documentation * Provide operational support for system access and platform availability, including on-call rotation outside of standard business hours, Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
