* Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or comparable IT training
 * Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product ecosystem
 * Technical understanding of hardware components, peripherals, network topologies, firewalls/VPNs, and the configuration of virtual environments using VMware
 * Strong customer and service orientation, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team

As an IT Administrator (m/f/d) at the Service Desk, you'll be the main point of contact for our employees and use your expertise and solution-oriented approach to ensure smooth IT operations.  * Analysis, classification, and documentation of incoming inquiries in the ticketing system
 * Independently handling support cases at the 1st and 2nd levels-remotely, by phone, or on-site
 * Prompt, qualified, and subject-specific escalation to 3rd-level support
 * Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base management system
 * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard software, software packages, clients, and mobile devices
