## About the Role

* Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration), IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification
 * Alternatively, several years of professional experience in IT services or IT support
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows
 * Experience working with networks and standard IT infrastructures
 * A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
 * Strong service and customer focus
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
 * Good German language skills are required for communication in support

The following are also desirable:

 * Experience in the healthcare sector or KRITIS environment
 * Experience with ticketing and documentation systems
 * Class B driver's license

## Description

As a member of our IT service team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our clients' digital connectivity and will actively contribute to the further development of our IT landscape.

 * User & Customer Service
 + Supporting our data providers and hospital clients
 + Handling service and support requests (1st through 3rd level, depending on experience)
 + Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues
 + Installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software
 + Support for rollouts
 * Operations & Further Development
 + Collaboration on the implementation of new IT solutions
 + Participation in cross-departmental IT projects
 + Collaboration with the IT Infrastructure team on complex technical issues
 + Collaboration with external service providers
 + Documentation of solutions and operational processes
 + Adherence to defined processes and quality standards
 * Working Independently
 + Depending on your experience, you will independently manage individual business applications or technical areas and continuously develop them further., * Diverse tasks utilizing modern IT

As an IT Service Specialist, you'll work independently within your area of responsibility and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT services.

You'll contribute your ideas, take responsibility for your tasks, and support the team in successfully implementing projects and technical changes.
