This position is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to explain technology clearly to users with varying levels of experience. In this important role, you will install, support, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems, software applications, public computers, peripherals, and related technology throughout the Twin Falls Public Library.
