You will collaborate with IT teams to drive automation, CAB governance, and KPI-driven reporting to reduce unauthorized changes and change-related incidents. This role offers impact across Incident, Problem, and ITSM domains, with opportunities to advance ServiceNow capabilities and drive measurable operational efficiency.
