Works across the organization to foster a culture of applying applicable and relevant design patterns, in accordance with the needs of the company and guides the teams in the organization in anticipation of future use cases. * Partner with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value AI use cases. * Drive adoption of LLMs, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI-driven automation capabilities across the enterprise. * Provide technical leadership and consultation on AI platform strategy, solution design, governance, security, and responsible AI practices. * Develop solutions leveraging document intelligence, intelligent data extraction, and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experiences. * Mentor engineering teams and promote AI best practices, standards, and innovation across the organization. * Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the enterprise AI roadmap and ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. * Works across the organization to foster a culture of priority setting and urgency in alignment with organizational strategy.
